Most Sella users are genuine, but a few simple habits keep you safe:

• Meet in a public, busy place during the day.
• Inspect the item thoroughly before you pay.
• Never send money in advance or pay a "deposit" before seeing the item.
• Never share OTPs, M-Pesa PINs or passwords with anyone.
• Be wary of prices that look too good to be true.
• Use Sella's in-app chat so there's a record of your conversation.
• Report suspicious listings or users to info@ngomma.com.
